Ever since Kevin got sick, he resisted therapies, even though he knew they would ultimately be helpful. Lori took the role of partner – to us and to Kevin – and has helped him see the immediate benefits of the activities he has been assigned. She continues to strive for activities that help him identify areas of interest and even would goes so far as to learn about things that interest him, so that she can guide him. There is no question in our mind that she has Kevin’s interest – and only his interest – at heart.

I cannot recommend LKN-SLP enough. We started our journey with finding a speech therapist for my daughter when she turned two (she just turned six). In that time we have been to four different facilities and five different therapists. We have been with LKN-SLP since 2023 , and I wish we had found this place sooner! My daughter is thriving and feeling more confident with her speech. The improvement she has made is remarkable. She looks forward to seeing her therapists, Whitney and Lisa, every week!

In fact, she asks how many more days until she sees them again! The passion these women have for their profession, and wanting their students to succeed, is clearly visible. They both are so empathetic and patient with my daughter. When my daughter reaches her goals, their enthusiasm of accomplishment matches mine! They treat my daughter with respect and their desire to help her succeed is visible. I cannot put into words how much I value and appreciate these two women!
